Psychedelic Psychotherapy
IMPORTANT: This isn’t about recreational use or quick fixes—it’s a structured, guided process that integrates psychedelics with evidence-based psychotherapy to support deep, lasting change. Built on a foundation of safety and ethical responsibility, we offer our services transparently in the open and co-operate with UK law. I offer a space where altered states of consciousness are approached with reverence and skill. This work is suitable both for those seeking healing from long-term struggles and those feeling called to explore a deeper sense of self. The psychedelic sessions are conducted in countries where psychedelics are legal.
Initial Consultation and Assessment (1 x 90 minute session)
Psychological assessment, full medical history and short interview.
Preparation Sessions (2-3 x 60 minute sessions)
We build our therapeutic alliance, set intentions and establish clear, realistic goals. Potential risks are clearly communicated and any questions answered.
The Psychedelic Session (1 or more x 6-12 hour sessions)
In a country where it is legal, we will safely conduct the psychedelic session.
Integration Sessions (2-3 x 60 minute sessions)
We integrate the insights and experiences from the psychedelic session via a detailed exploration of resulting emotions, thoughts, and revelations. We can repeat the psychedelic session if desired or schedule another in the future.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis can help us regain control over our bad habits (e.g., smoking, overeating), cope better with anxiety or pain (e.g., headaches, fibromyalgia), reduce the severity of phobias and even cope with hot flashes (such as those caused by menopause).
There is a common misconception that hypnosis can make us "do things we don't want to". During hypnosis, we become more open to suggestion but we do not lose control over our behaviour.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
I am a registered Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in the UK.
CBT is an evidence-based protocol for treating anxiety and mood disorders. In the UK, qualified practitioners are regulated by the BABCP and you can search the register of accredited therapists here.
